Day 2Phuentsholing to Thimphu
After breakfast, you will complete the immigration formalities at Phuentsholing and proceed towards Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan.
The drive to Thimphu offers stunning views as you ascend through forests and quaint villages.
Upon arrival, check into your hotel and then explore the local markets or relax in your hotel to acclimatize to the altitude.
Day 3Thimphu Sightseeing
Start your day with a visit to the National Memorial Chorten, a prominent religious structure in Thimphu.
Visit this ancient temple perched on a ridge above Thimphu.
Visit the Motithang Takin Preserve to see Bhutan’s national animal, the Takin.
Discover ancient manuscripts and books at the National Library of Bhutan (closed on Saturdays and Sundays).

Day 5 Punakha to Phobjikha Valley
After breakfast, embark on a scenic 6-hour drive to the picturesque Phobjikha Valley, known for its stunning landscapes and the Black-Necked Cranes that migrate here in winter.
Spend the day exploring the valley, visiting Gangtey Monastery, and enjoying nature walks through this serene and beautiful region.
Day 6Phobjikha Valley to Paro

Day 7Paro Sightseeing

After breakfast, start your journey back to India with a 7-hour drive to Jaldapara National Park in West Bengal, renowned for its rich wildlife including the Indian one-horned rhinoceros.
Upon arrival, you may opt for an evening safari in the park to get a glimpse of the diverse fauna.
Day 9Jaldapara to Bagdogra
If time permits, take an early morning jeep safari in Jaldapara National Park.
Conclude your trip with a 5-hour drive back to Bagdogra Airport in a private vehicle for your onward journey.
