Day 1Arrival at Bagdogra and Transfer to Phuentsholing
Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport, you will be greeted by our representative who will assist you in your transfer to Phuentsholing, Bhutan’s border town.
The journey takes approximately 4-5 hours through scenic landscapes.
After reaching Phuentsholing, you will check into your hotel and have the evening at leisure to explore the town.
Day 2Phuentsholing to Thimphu
After breakfast, you will complete the immigration formalities at Phuentsholing and proceed towards Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan.
The drive to Thimphu offers stunning views as you ascend through forests and quaint villages.
Upon arrival, check into your hotel and then explore the local markets or relax in your hotel to acclimatize to the altitude.
Day 3Thimphu - Punakha - Thimphu
Today, after an early breakfast, you will drive to Punakha via the scenic Dochula Pass, where on a clear day you can see panoramic views of the Himalayan mountain ranges.
Visit Punakha Dzong, a masterpiece of Bhutanese architecture situated at the confluence of the Pho Chhu and Mo Chhu rivers.
Later, walk across the Punakha Suspension Bridge for spectacular views.
Return to Thimphu in the evening and overnight stay.
Day 4Thimphu to Paro
Start your day with a visit to the National Memorial Chorten, a prominent religious landmark.

Explore the National Zoo to see Bhutan’s national animal, the Takin.
Discover ancient texts at the National Library of Bhutan.

Stroll through downtown Thimphu. In the afternoon, transfer to Paro (1.5 hours).

End your day at Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan’s oldest temples.
Day 5Paro Exploration
Embark on an early morning trek to the iconic Taktsang Monastery, also known as the Tiger’s Nest, perched on a cliff 900 meters above the Paro Valley. This trek is a highlight of any trip to Bhutan.
Return to your hotel in Paro and relax for the evening.
Day 6Paro to Jaldapara
After breakfast, begin your journey back to India with a drive to Jaldapara National Park in West Bengal, known for its rich wildlife, including the Indian one-horned rhinoceros.
Upon arrival, you may opt for an evening safari in the park to get a glimpse of the diverse fauna.
Day 7Jaldapara to Bagdogra
If time permits, take an early morning safari in Jaldapara National Park.
Conclude your trip with a drive back to Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey.
